If you want to get predictions from our pre-computed prediction database, you should enter UniProt accession(s) where each line should correspod to a single uniprot accession.

Example 1 - Single UniProt Accession :
You can enter a UniProt accession from TrEMBL or SwissProt. e.g.
P68871

Example 2 - Multiple UniProt Accessions :
You can enter multiple UniProt accessions from TrEMBL or SwissProt. e.g.
P68871
P04637
P04626

You can also get predictions for your sequences by choosing Sequence option. Below is the formats that our system accepts. You can enter up to 10 sequences.

Example 3 - Sequence in Canonical Fasta Format: If you enter your sequences in this format, the part after the first pipe ("|") character will be the name of the prediction file.
>sp|P68871|HBB_HUMAN Hemoglobin subunit beta OS=Homo sapiens GN=HBB PE=1 SV=2
MVHLTPEEKSAVTALWGKVNVDEVGGEALGRLLVVYPWTQRFFESFGDLSTPDAVMGNPK VKAHGKKVLGAFSDGLAHLDNLKGTFATLSELHCDKLHVDPENFRLLGNVLVCVLAHHFG
KEFTPPVQAAYQKVVAGVANALAHKYH
>XXX|MyIdentifier|Mouse protein
ATLSELHCDKLHVDPENFRLLGNVLVCVLAHHFG
PVQAAYQKVVAGVANALAH

In this case you will receive to files named P68871_XX.tsv and MyIdentifier_XX.tsv in a zipped file where "XX" stands for the selected GO category.

Example 4 - Sequence with Identifier(s) :
>P68871
MVHLTPEEKSAVTALWGKVNVDEVGGEALGRLLVVYPWTQRFFESFGDLSTPDAVMGNPK VKAHGKKVLGAFSDGLAHLDNLKGTFATLSELHCDKLHVDPENFRLLGNVLVCVLAHHFG
KEFTPPVQAAYQKVVAGVANALAHKYH

In this case the name of the prediction file will be P68871_XX.tsv where "XX" stands for the selected GO category.
